Insurance or Self Pay Rates
Many insurance plans cover nutrition counseling services at 100% or at low cost to you.
Your Health Nutrition accepts the following insurance plans:

Your Health Nutrition is currently considered Out of Network with other insurance providers not listed above.
A superbill can be provided if requested. Please contact your health insurance provider to obtain information about reimbursement for nutritional services (CPT code 97802 and 97803)

Follow-up Visit (30 minutes): $100

50% discount on initial visit (for new self pay clients and must pay at the time of your visit).
